Planned Giving

You can leave a living legacy and ensure that families of seriously ill or injured children are supported by the Ronald McDonald House of Delaware in the future by making a planned gift. These gifts typically come from a donor's assets rather than income, and can be either outright or deferred. Some types of planned gifts include:
- Wills and Bequests
- Trusts: Charitable Lead Trust or Charitable Remainder Trust
- Life Insurance
- Retirement plan assets
- Donor Advised Fund
We recommend that you consult with your own tax or legal advisor prior to making a planned gift. Please include our federal tax identification number which is 51-0295320 and specify Ronald McDonald House of Delaware if you wish your legacy to benefit families of seriously ill or injured children.
The Legacy of Hope
The Ronald McDonald House of Delaware proudly announce the formation of its planned giving society this year, in order to recognize those individuals who have provided for the Ronald McDonald House of Delaware in their estate plans and have informed us of their commitment. The society is named Legacy of Hope, to reflect the vision of the Ronald McDonald House of Delaware – “Supporting families to reach the hope of tomorrow from the challenges of today.”
